IntroductionWithin ASML the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair and improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.
One of the departments in this group is CS FF Upgrades. The FFU organization prepares and executes complex upgrades on ASML systems at the customer location, for 16 different products with ~200 upgrades per year.
