Customer Support Field Factory Upgrades - Continuous Improvement Project Leader Job Description

IntroductionWithin ASML the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair and improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.
One of the departments in this group is CS FF Upgrades. The FFU organization prepares and executes complex upgrades on ASML systems at the customer location, for 16 different products with ~200 upgrades per year.
In this role, you are responsible for continuously improving the process of execution for complex upgrades by the CS upgrade engineers at our customers.Job Mission“Own and drive quality improvements that improve execution and enable the organization to grow to new standards”
