Job MissionEnsure successful delivery of all logistic
requirements of upgrades and installations of your product. Plan, source and
supply spare parts, tools and equipment so that material availability during an
upgrade or install is guaranteed. Understand and analyze data to improve the
logistic product and service. Initiate and contribute to projects and continuous improvements to help
the team ensure that the (thousands of) high-tech parts continue to be
delivered on-time, on-spec and at the right quality at the customer site.

Job Description· Plan, source, deliver and return (critical) parts and tools to customer sites through MRP (SAP) with support from our many
warehouses and 3PL service providers
· Issue resolution management of any logistical (SAP) issue occurring during the preparation or execution of the upgrade/install in the field, such as quality, incompleteness, DOA, and contamination
· Master in communication and coordination of a complex supply chain operation, supporting complex products which are in continuous development
