Job Description
Overall responsibility of the Local Engagement Lead is to bridge the gap between on the
one hand the Veldhoven centralized definition and execution of the programs
& projects on the Non-PGP Operations Portfolio and on the other the ASML
worldwide local organizations
Specifically
the Local Engagement Lead:
Works closely with and focuses on the local field/end users; collect, interpret and analyze information to optimize the insights of
development and implementation, through start of awareness, requirements, feedback & progress, till adoption
Liaises, aligns with & supports the OPM team on executing all OPM activities directly from the
GEMBA site with assurance of GEMBA support; avoid crashing on business calendar.
Act as (local) consultant on project activities with the Program/Project Team
Enhance local awareness of the OPS strategies/priorities in local (field) operation; trigger early
awareness of Ops Portfolio execution
Assesses site readiness for Ops Portfolio deployment and prepare local organization for deliverable adoption
Enables, supports and challenges Program/Project team in their delivery vs the realistic situation in the field; support the OPM team directly from the GEMBA site with assurance of GEMBA support
Ensures sufficient resources in the field to support Ops Portfolio execution Liaises, aligns, supports with country capacity planner on potential local resource need re. OPM effort
Builds and maintains a network of internal stakeholders cross sectors in the local setting and
represent the organization: obtain a sustainable and assessable (change agent) network
Reports to and enhances local awareness local country management on OPS Portfolio status: including portfolio definition status (strategy, BIP and OPS Roadmap decisions), as well as execution status (e.g. program plans, roll-out)
Interfaces
with both local management as Program/Project management for project communication (kick-off, progressing, risk impact analysis) and engagement (all stakeholder level)
Pro-actively reaches out to users / stakeholders reporting on Programs/Projects status
