You have the operational lead of a team of approximately 5-7 persons. On top of that you have to ensure close alignment with mono-disciplinary teams of MDEV, EDEV, software and ME/EE within the same project team.
You are responsible for
-Maintaining and aligning the project plan
-Managing physical design, verification and test of Level Sensor optical modules
-Managing physical design, verification and test of Level Sensor CPD Software
-Managing functional deliveries, e.g. SEG documentation and Matlab tooling
-Interfacing with key supply partners and ASML Wilton
-Ensuring risks and issues get resolved via AIR/PCCSTRAIM
-Providing line and program with Key Decision inputEducationTechnical University, PhD or masters in physics or mechanical engineeringExperience-Proven team lead experience preferably within a technical environment
-At least 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
-Strong affinity with sensor systems and / or function teamsPersonal skills-Has a helicopter view, can cover a broad technical scope
-Shows creativity, initiative, discipline and team spirit.

Technical University, PhD or masters in physics or mechanical engineering

-Proven team lead experience preferably within a technical environment
-At least 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
-Strong affinity with sensor systems and / or function teams

-Has a helicopter view, can cover a broad technical scope
-Shows creativity, initiative, discipline and team spirit.
-Apt communicator with good command of the English language.
-Team builder with positive attitude and can-do mentality
-Able to structure and maintain overview
