Job MissionAs a Group Manager of Proto Integration in the Department of Integration, Quality, and Reliability, you lead, manage, and evaluate a group of professionals with multiple areas of expertise. The group is responsible for the integration planning and operation of all development Proto machines and test rigs utilized to qualify new product designs at system level. -Provides leadership and direction for Proto Integration group. Manage and evaluate resources for Proto Machine/TR operations.
-Define and maintain competence and resource roadmap. Develop technical competences and leadership within the group to fulfill business needs.
-Responsible for multi- shift Proto Engineering operations, WoW, and quality of the work from the group.
-Responsible to put product and human safety protocol in place and being followed on all Proto Machines/TRs in D&E.
-Interact with project leaders in the development programs and allocation of staff in line with program needs.
-Contribute to the Proto Machines/Test Rig and Integration roadmaps.
-Participate in the 3-in-a-box to have operational influence on the FC related deliverables. EducationB.S. Degree or equivalent experience. Experience-Minimum 3 years proven success in leadership roles.
-Experience in managing a group of technical professionals is a plus.
-Understands needs of the internal customer and acts effectively on those needs. Has driven change to reach team objectives.
-Experience in planning and barrier resolution in a dynamic development environment.
