The HR Service Center supports the HR Business Partner and HR Managers to guarantee an effective and efficient execution of the administration.
Job Description
As HR Analyst you will support the HR Service Center, HR Managers and employees by developing and maintaining HR transactional and information systems.
Your responsibilities include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent vocational experience.
At least one year of working experience in the professional field.Strong communication skills in English and Dutch language (written and spoken).Advanced user knowledge of MS Office applications including SharePoint and Excel. Knowledge of Power Query is a pre.Understanding how to apply Labor Conditions.Experience with managing stakeholders.(HR) Process improvement experience.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.Flexibility to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.A positive attitude towards work, can handle feedback and learn from it.Generate and share ideas on behalf of yourself and others.Ability to assess the impact of process changes on related systems and processes.Understand how to conceptually translate and implement (HR) services/products to a structured process.Affinity with combining (HR) processes and IT tools.
We are looking for a candidate who's available full-time (40 hours) or is at least available for 32 hours per week.
