Job Mission
-Drive the Supplier Quality Assurance competence towards the next level by leading, embedding and anchoring change initiatives focused on competence development.
-Be the key contact for the program organization (PDM, PCM, PL, MDO/TL) with respect to readiness of the SQA deliverables in the PGP process. Support the Line in setting out and following up the required actions to meet the program need dates.
Job Description
-You are responsible for the change management and project management (non PGP) aspects of the initiatives focused on competence development. Including requirements management, aligning cross sectors and closely working with any solution providing partner (Cerberus, IT, others).
-You are intimate with the needs of the SCE community (world-wide) and very well connected in this network.
-Report on SQA deliverable readiness, including thorough analysis which will enable you to advise proactive and corrective actions, in order to meet the program need dates…keeping parts quality high on your agenda (no cutting corners). Work with all program and line stakeholders on planing and embedding these actions.
Main responsibilities
-Manage quality of change requests and clear decision making, while minimizing processing time
-Organize SQA deliverable reporting (impact analysis, planning and decision taking)
-Manage quality of change implementation plans while optimizing implementation cost and processing time
-Coordinate and coach cross-sector project team on product change process
-Manage change content delivery according to plan
-Monitor whether changes are being processed according agreed policy – with change specialist team

Bachelor or Masters
Experience
-5 – 10 years work experience (mid-career)
-This role requires a combination of project coordination and specialist skills
-Proven analytical and conceptual skills combined with business sense; ability to compile business case while dealing with many uncertainties
-Experience in operations; ability to upstream foresee impact of changes.
