As a Decision Support Expert you support high quality decision making processes and give modeling support for company decisions which are analytical and organizational complex and highly variable in outcome. Communicating the results of your analyses is also part of your job.
Job Description
You prepare and explain high quality quantitative analysis and qualitative insights, which provide senior management a solid basis for decision making.You build relationships with stakeholders to receive information that is needed in your analysis and to discuss and improve the analysis that you make.You develop and train decision support means and methods.
Education
To qualify for this position, you need a completed quantitative study at master or PhD level (e.g. operations research, econometrics, mathematics, or physics) preferably with an affinity with finance or economics. ExperienceTo qualify for this position you have 2 to 5 years experience in (financial) modeling of complex business issues. You have experience in communicating modeling results to senior management and with facilitating and driving key decisions with decision support tools and processes in operations, merger & acquisitions, product portfolio management or supply chain management.
