The Development & Engineering System Integration department (D&E SI) is responsible for defining and driving the system integration of new products/options for full functional machine and performance qualification within time to market target. The D&E SI DUV Management & Verification group within this department is managing all the integration and verification of the Twinscan machines. Including the responsibility for setting up and validating the manufacturing blueprint (sequence) for proto and pilot execution from the ASSY work centers up to the installation at customer’s site, aimed to achieve the optimal cycle time.
Job Mission
The project lead is responsible for creating and maintaining realistic preparation plans for new projects, upgrades or repairs in the P&V team. As P&V project lead you are responsible for reporting on project status, planning and scope. You will delegate tasks to the team members and control workloads balancing ASML business needs and team capabilities
Job Description
-Plan, coordinate and organize the project team.
-Manage stakeholders by setting the necessary communication manners (meetings, guidelines, rules, reports etc.) to align deliveries, quality and minimize escalations.
-Manage system integration related cross-sector issues
-Manage cycle time investigations and improvement opportunities.
-Management, coordinate and plan the deliveries of build and test sequences.
-Manage the early verification of the sequences and related procedures on proto’s.
-Verification of bill of materials and preparation for material Kits for the shop floor.
Education
-Technical Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in direction of Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Aerospace engineering, Automotive engineering.
Experience
As an advantage, not a must:
-Experience as project lead
-Experience with change management within development organization
-Experience in or affinity with the machine industry
-Experience in or affinity with either manufacturing engineering, system testing, system integration or configuration management is preferred.
