Introduction
Would you like to join ASML's Corporate Real Estate Organization which is responsible for challenging new building projects as well as rebuild, operation and maintenance of the ASML infrastructure, installations and buildings?

Job Mission
The Business Partner Factories is the primary contact for our internal customer TF (Twinscan Factory).  Based on the TF strategy, he/she develops the CRE (Corporate Real Estate) strategy and manages the TF project portfolio of capex projects to be executed by CRE. (S)He represents CRE towards our internal customer and initiates projects based on business requirements. The Business Partner works in a matrix function with line departments that deliver the competencies and project leads.

Job Description
Next to your job mission, your role also includes the following:
• Managing the demand for all CRE related issues;
• Securing global alignment of standards of ASML;
• Managing all TF related CRE projects with the support of Project Managers;
• Initiating projects and keeping track on progress and budget for all projects and services of CRE; 
• Defining and maintaining the CRE strategy in relation with our internal customer TF. 


Experience
•At least 10 years of experience in similar positions.
• Proven track record in setting up long term strategies and managing a project portfolio;
• Understanding international CRE business;
• Ability to work and network with senior management;
• Experience as change agent who is capable of handling cultural and political barriers.
