You will design, develop and implement tactical Human Resources & Organization (HR&O) methodologies and policies that supports the ASML organization on global, regional, country or sector level.You will secure compliance to this policy throughout the regions and the business operations. Scope difference between country / regional HR versus HR Veldhoven: employees in country / region can be responsible for several (smaller) expert areas, employees in HR Veldhoven are primarily focused on one expert area
Job Description
- Manage implementation of improvements
- Independently communicate with (senior) stakeholders on own expertise, delivery
- and needs from the business
- Manage knowledge of developments in own area of expertise to improve and
- develop new policies
- Develop HR&O policies and infrastructure
- Present and discuss management information with HR line.
- Explain the contents of new policies and development to both HR&O and linemanagement
- Actively uses knowledge of developments (including benchmarks) outside ASML
- in own area of expertise to improve policies
- Is able to lead projects
- Present and defend policies to HR Line
- Specific for C&B
- Is responsible for C&B in a country (works regional)
- Shape and give advice on policy on terms of employment
- Advise regional HR manager on policy on terms of employment
- Support country / regional HR manager during meetings with trade unions and
- workers councils
- Manages vendors / suppliers
- Is responsible for yearly salary processes in the respective region
- Give advise on development of earnings
- Proposes salary structure
