Your position
Together with the Business Development Manager and other team members you will make an important contribution to the sales success in the pre-contract phase of a project. As a member of the sales team, your main tasks will be to identify customer needs and to design & evaluate the best value-add automatic sorting solution.
During the tender process, you will work on complex technical and business challenges, in which you are responsible for setting up and presenting the tender solution. For the internal organisation you are the central key person on technical and concept specifications in relation to the project. Additionally, you will play an important role in the transfer of the project to the execution team.
Your department
The Customer Centre Warehouse Automation and Parcel & Postal International (CC WPP INT) is active throughout the world. The Sales organization of WPP INT is organized in 4 different market segments: Parcel & Postal, Food, E-commerce and Fashion.In order to keep pace with the current and expected future growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer in the Parcel & Postal team. Your contribution will further increase the Vanderlande market coverage and successfully develop the Parcel & Postal market segment.
