This is the Role
As the Regional Value Management Leader at Eastman Chemical you will be responsible for leading the Value Management Centre of Expertise for the EMEA and Asia region. This is a unique opportunity to hold a key leadership role in strategically advancing pricing and product management capability enterprise-wide.
This includes the development of high quality strategy, differential value assessment, quantitative analysis of deals and negotiation options, and consistent transactional process execution.
You will act as an internal consultant and advisory partner to regional product, marketing and sales professionals who are your internal clients. Benchmarking and leading continuous improvement initiatives are important elements of your role. Performance standards and best practices are integrated to the Centre of Expertise and further applied through your leadership and partnership with internal clients as appropriate.
To accomplish this, you will leverage he global Centre of Expertise and directly lead a team of Value Management Consultants and Pricing Solution Representatives reporting to you from Capelle aan den IJssel, NL and from Singapore, SG.
Your ultimate goal is to maximize corporate return on invested capital and margin optimization by deploying, training and enabling smart product- and pricing management best practices across the enterprise.
Please note that occasional travelling within your regions and to our Headquarters in the US will be necessary.
