Requirements

• Processes, and Tools Engineer in the Automotive
• Processes team of Intel's Transportation Solutions Division (TSD) responsible for defining and optimizing the requirements engineering and management processes and tool chain.
• You will monitor and control the requirements process, reporting progress and identifying variances according to baselines and key performance indicators.
• As an expert you will support project management from the initiation phase through closure to gather, structure, and manage requirements and their traceability.
• You will work with Marketing, Program/Project Management, and Engineering to exchange requirements, create baselines, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience with IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG).
• Experience in embedded system product development.
• Experience in software development and integration - preferably in Linux environments.
• Experience in Automotive SPICE, CMMI, or similar development processes.
• Experience in project management tools, agile planning, SW/HW quality concepts relative to requirements management.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in or with project management teams.
• Must have ability to understand SW/HW customer requirements and customer milestones in automotive environment.
• Must have ability to manage conflicts and negotiate with customer, 3rd party and internal stakeholders.
• Need some understanding of SW/HW interaction in IVI/SDC and Autonomous Driving (AD) projects and experience in delivery of complex projects at product quality in automotive environment - development background will be preferred.
• ISO26262 Functional Safety experience preferred.
• Need experience in working in complex organizations.
• Must have the ability to operate under intense time pressure.
• Availability to travel in Europe and outside Europe as needed to visit customer and other Intel development sites.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
