We would like you to optimize our projects and planning activities. You will be expected to take a strong critical look at our current processes, and improve them where necessary. But perhaps more importantly, you will be expected to develop your team of Project Managers and ensure that everyone can perform to the same high level of expertise as required by the ASML Building Generation Process (BGP).
And once you have achieved that, we expect you to raise the bar even higher – motivating and coaching your colleagues towards continuous improvement. And all this, while also ensuring that your five internal clients (Program Managers) are kept fully satisfied with the services you and your team provide.

This is a crucial and challenging position and to succeed you will need excellent technical skills and exceptional leadership qualities. You will need to motivate people by informing them and explaining Facility Management and company-wide developments. And you will need to cultivate an environment where your people feel valued, accomplished and proficient - enabling them to fully commit. Job Description
You will continuously develop and motivate your Project Managers and will co-develop personal development plans with each of them. You will own, maintain and continuously improve ASML's Building Generation Process (BGP). And you will liaise closely with your internal customers to ensure that their programs are sufficiently supported.

Other duties include:

• Secure the BGP in Facility Asset Management's way of working and align it with ASML's Product Creation Process
• Manage and maintain project tools
• As the functional owner of a technical installation during project stage, you will secure risk management, asset safety, and enterprise asset management

ASML - Manager Projects & Planning Job Requirements

Education
Master's degree in mechanical or process engineering or facility management.

Experience

• 7 to 10 years relevant working experience
• Proven track record of management skills
• Extensive knowledge of and experience in project management and M&O
• Knowledge of ISO 55000
• Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK)

• Good communicator with excellent English language skills
• Ability to coach and motivate
