Your mission is to create truly inspiring workplace for all ASML office employees. To achieve this, you will be the project leader for all workplace related projects which are a direct result of workplace demand questions.
Your challenge is to drive office housing & workplace demand and to execute housing projects for all ASML departments in the Veldhoven area. You will set up demand models which will be well-founded by housing data management.
You will also execute all this in close consultation with housing operations, service management and project management. This is a major Facility Management challenge, but one that also provides plenty of opportunity to achieve impressive measurable results.
Job Description
Higher Vocational Education (HBO/BSc) degree in Facility Management / real estate or other relevant education with degree.
