Marketing and Product Coordinator (m/f) Economy Parts Job Description

You are the project coordinator for the European business with economy parts, and responsible for the whole product development and new market launches.
 

• You actively manage all inventory related actions for your area of responsibility, including forecasting, regular stock level report and the coordination of European order proposals
• You are the single point of contact for all internal and external project stakeholders on a European level
• You increase our business opportunities by identifying untapped potential and business areas with decreasing market share
• You conduct benchmarking and market research activities in the main markets, publish results and recommendations accordingly
• You support the roll-out of other marketing programs to the Hyundai and Kia distribution network in Europe
• You advise on sales, pricing, communication and channel strategies to meet the commercial requirements of the company
• You report project and sales status on weekly basis to your superior

Marketing and Product Coordinator (m/f) Economy Parts Job Requirements

• Successful completion of your studies in Business Administration or Business Engineering and/or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong ability to analyze huge data volumes, paired with excellent numerical skills
• First experience in the field of inventory management
• Good skills in communication and coordination, internally and externally
• Ability to work in cross functional and international teams as well as to convince and guide others
• Excellent IT skills e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, data warehouse & database management (SQL)
• Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
• The ideal candidate thinks conceptually, has a can-do-spirit, is result-orientated, values learning, is multi-culturally minded and enthusiastic in the automotive area
