The group Litho Process, Reticle & CD-Metrology is responsible for providing advanced processes, associated equipment demonstrating the advanced imaging, defectivity and overlay capability of ASML products. Job Description
In the position of team/project leader you and your team (size 10-15) take responsibility for the application development for cross program and business line related products. This includes the design and implementation of the complete infrastructure needed for system qualification.
Furthermore all system qualification tests and imaging studies needed to support both the immersion program and the EUV program.
You are driving the project team from specification through system integration towards release for volume. You have interfaces with external suplliers and internally with the Product Groups, Product Development Programs, Marketing and System Engineering.
You will need to coordinate and drive execution in a cross-disciplinary manner across both internal ASML and external consortia.
You also have well refined coordination and project management skills as required to manage the above mentioned activities in a visible, concise, efficient and coordinated way.
Context of the position
The holder of the position reports to the group leader “Litho Process, Reticle & CD-Metrology”. In the Development & Engineering sector, departments with different competences specify, design, and qualify the various modules of the ASML products. Each department consists of discipline and/or function oriented groups where emphasis lies on particular competences or functions in ASML products.
Education
Technical University Master's degree
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor fab experience with a preference for experience in the application area
At least 3 years of project management or general management experience related to semiconductors
Personal skills
Demonstrated ability to perform in high pressure and high ambiguity environments and still be able to make the correct decisions while maintaining the in-and external goals and relationships
You have to have perseverance, keep overview of the big picture and have a large network
Decisive and self-initiating
You have a positive mindset and have the ability to energize others
Solution minded and able to see and develop the bigger picture You have strong interpersonal skills and organization sensitivity
