The Business Process Analyst Finance is accountable for Finance IT solutions within the ICT organization of ASML. You will guide the business Finance community in defining business requirements and transferring these requirements into high quality IT solutions. These IT solutions will in most cases be SAP focused.
Job Description
As Business Process Analyst you will act as a first IT contact (subject matter expert) for Business key players and Business process owners in the ASML organization. You will be main responsible for all finance IT Integration activities related to customer service (plant maintenance and service contracts handling) of ASML.You will play a key role in IT development & implementation projects.
For a large part of your time you work in projects, but you will also manage Non Standard Changes in your area from Intake till Go Live & Hand-over to support.You are getting energized by challenging the business about their requirements & processes in order to realize a fit in standard IT solutions (mainly SAP) instead of custom build solutions.
You are able to translate these business requirements into the right functional IT specifications and IT solution direction. This means you create the Functional Design and contributes to the architectural roadmap. You are able to customize, test, train key-users and act as project manager in smaller projects.

Context of the position The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML's internal and external activities.A sub-department within the IT organization is the IT Competence Center Corporate Support. This competence center is responsible for innovation projects and changes in the IT systems supporting the corporate support organizations like Finance and HR. Furthermore they support all ASML businesses with Business Intelligence, Collaboration and Workflow solutions
ASML - IT - Senior Business Process Analyst SAP FICO Job Requirements
At least Bachelor Degree.
Experience
Are you the SAP FICO consultant with at least
- 5 - 10 years' experience as Business Process Analyst, Functional SAP Consultant or similar positions;
- Detailed hands-on / customizing knowledge of SAP FI and SAP CO with strong focus on Customer Service including service contract handling is a must;
- You are an expert on result analysis and experienced on SD revenue recognition, SD resource related billing.
- Preferably SAP Certified. Knowledge of SAP PS is a Pre.
- Experience in translation of Business Requirements into IT Requirements and design the correct solution (direction) corresponding these business requirements
- Experience within complex matrix organizations;
- Experienced working in project teams.

- Excellent communication skills in English, preferable in Dutch;
- Proactive and enthusiastic;
