Your mission is to create a highly professional understanding of what Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) is at ASML. You will have the chance to design and run EHS activities and programs that encourage all 14,000 ASML global employees to see that EHS is a fundamental essence of their role at work.
You will need to think creatively and inject fresh new thinking into how EHS is perceived and practiced. And since you will also define with your manager measurable targets and timelines, you can expect recognition and a high sense of achievement.You will coordinate and report on the global compliance management process.

This is a job for someone who understands the human psyche and has the soft skills to cultivate trust and belief in a large number of people. To change their attitudes and ultimately change their behavior through communication and involvement.

Job Description You will conceive, develop, implement and maintain the following on a global level:

• EHS change management and implementation
• ASML EHS Compliance Management system
• EHS intranet site
• EHS culture awareness program

ASML - EHS Culture & Training Expert Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in EHS Studies or Master in Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management (MOHSE).

Experience

• 8 to 10 years in EHS preferably with a psychology related background
• Proven expert in project management, preferably in a business-to-business (high-tech, low-volume) environment

• Good communicator and team player
• Good verbal and written English language skills
• Ability to stay focused on long-term goals even in non-optimum circumstances
