ASML is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of chip-making equipment.
Our vision is to enable affordable microelectronics that improve the quality of life.
To achieve this, our mission is to invent, develop, manufacture and service advanced technology for high-tech lithography, metrology and software solutions for the semiconductor industry.
ASML's guiding principle is continuing Moore's Law towards ever smaller, cheaper, more powerful and energy-efficient semiconductors. This results in increasingly powerful and capable electronics that enable the world to progress within a multitude of fields, including healthcare, technology, communications, energy, mobility, and entertainment.
As the ASML Standardization Expert you will devise a more structural approach in how we conduct facility management (FM). You will achieve this by first creating an understanding of our overall facility management operation and then by developing a keen understanding of the ASML business. This dual insight will enable you to identify where standardization can improve business performance and/or reduce cost and risk.
You must use your creativity, imagination and analytical skills to further create a Masterplan for standardization. A Masterplan that defines what, where and when to standardize.
You will also create your own job – with targets, duties and goals defined by the priorities set down in your Masterplan. This is a challenging position, but in reward you will achieve demonstrable business results that will benefit ASML for many years to come. And of course, you will have help - you will be working alongside world-class talent.
