To design, maintain, adapt to changed output requirements and to optimize the factory layout of the TF cleanroom and logistic areas in Veldhoven, Building 21 and Motion. Organize all required rebuild projects as a factory representative together with Facility management.

Job Description
Be the first contact person if work centers or New Product Introduction programs make a request for extra space or for a change in facilities

• Lays down operating instructions, process flow charts, routings, process parameters and indicators.
• Together with factory customer and facility management work out the request towards several scenarios, including business case in order to let the management makes an informed decision
• Works out the chosen scenario to an user requirement specification
• Keeps an overview over the cleanroom layout and participate in long term master planning
• Brings his knowledge to bear on (new) product development projects, in order to foresee production problems in the design phase

ASML - Production Engineer Layout Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor/Master Graduate (Building Physics, Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics)

Experience

• 0-3 years of experience.
• Experience in a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes.
• Experience in rebuild projects
• Experience in motivating development into acceptable solution

• Broad business knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Get-on and do it mentality.
• Very active, plenty of initiative.
• Focused on quality, continuous improvement, good social and communication skills.
• Team player
• Adequate English language skills in speech and writing
