What are the main responsibilities of an International Trainee:
• You have successfully completed your studies and want to strike out on the path towards an international career
• You can imagine yourself working in internationally mixed teams on projects around the globe across time zones
• We offer a full time employment from day one with a permanent contract in one of our German locations of the KSPG group
• In the first six months you get to know different departments and facilities of the KSPG group during several project assignments
• You have budget responsibility including your travel budget
• You have the chance to prove yourself to the departments and you can find out which area suits you best
What does KSPG require of an International Trainee:
• BA/MA degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering & Management, Automotive/Engine Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or Business Administration
• International mobility
• Fluent English skills, other language skills (German, Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, etc.) would be an asset
• International competencies and experience
• Affinity to automotive industry desirable
• Project management experience advantageous
• Autonomous self-starter and out-of-the-box thinker with a focus on results and hands-on mentality
