In your role as a Business Process Analyst you will be the subject matter expert within the organization regarding IT related processes, with a clear focus on SAP. You will be in the lead towards the Customer Service business, IT organization and outsourcing partners. Based on your own experience and market information you will advise business and management pro-actively.

Job Description
You will be working closely with business stakeholders and other Business Process Analysts. You are able to translate business requirements into functional designs. Subsequently you will discuss this functional design with the outsourcing partners so they can implement the design right and on time.

You will not be afraid to customize and train the key-users. In smaller projects you must be able to act as project manager. A very interesting job where you will be in the lead within your own business area!

Context of the position
The Process analyst is working within the IT Competence Center Market/Sales & Service domain, reporting to the Solution Team Manager. In this domain we capture and fulfill all IT demand from Customer Support, Sales and Marketing divisions and provide technology through large-scale projects or changes to our existing application infrastructure.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

Experience

• •At least Bachelor degree;
• •3-8 years' experience as Business Process Analyst or similar positions with a background in the area of commercial service;
• •Experience within international organizations;
• •In depth knowledge of SAP CS(must) and preferable with SAP PM;
• •Experience in customizing and developing functional designs;
• •Integration experience with Mobile, Netweaver and Tibco;
• •Experienced working in project teams.

• •Excellent Dutch language skills;
• •Strong client focus;
• •Proactive and enthusiastic;
• •Able to deal with resistance;
• •A demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments.
• •Well-developed consultancy skills with a strong go-getter mentality including willingness to perform hands-on activities.
