Automotive Solution Segment Manager
Function
- Drive the proactive solution content program (principal propositions, forward changes in software & services both on simulation and testing) for arising challenges in vehicle dynamics and active safetyin the automotive industry.
- Work with the product units to define the value proposition of our solutions related to Active Safety,and Vehicledynamics.
- Promote in the sales organization with correct messaging and technical marketing collateral
- Support management meetings & account program push
- Drive key proactive exploration
- Proactively promote STS as a partner in technology collaboration consortia & industry networks
Engineering degree, combined with strong communication skills
- Around 10 years of extensive application experience in the automotive industry, more precisely in the domains of Vehicle Dynamics/Active Safety/ADAS.
- Affinity with technical marketing an commercial background is required
- English writing/speaking is a must, any additional language is an asset
- Multi-cultural and cross-regional affinity is required
- Experience with STS- or competitive software products is an advantage
- Application knowledge and affinity with automotive & supplier organizations and activities is a strong asset
- Strong capacity for network building both commercially and technically inside and outside SIS
- Willing to travel around 30%
