The Senior Formality Officer aims to provide efficient quality in driving the patent related processes with the Corporate Intellectual Property department. This role supports the Corporate Intellectual Property Department in general and, more specifically, supports the patent process.
Job Description
At least Bachelor degree, preferably law with a paralegal degree.
Experience
8+ years working experience as Formality Officer, proven in the Dutch and English language (verbal and written), broad experience as a Formality Officer in an IP group of company, IP boutique or law firm, affinity with an intellectual property management system. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Personal skills
Accurate, structured, pro-active/self-starter, customer friendly, cooperative, training/info sharing, critical and independent.Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to drive patent process quality improvements.
