The senior procurement analyst is responsible to deliver worldwide management information to the ASML Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) organization.
Job Description
The focus in this position is on delivering reports and analyses to the ASML SS&P organization in order to optimize (integrated) SS&P business processes. Based on your analysis, you raise red flags, identify areas for improvement and participate in implementing the chosen solution.You will monitor progress with reports and improve know-how and knowledge within the organization, in order to maintain and improve proactively our support to the SS&P organization.
The position combines business processes, reporting, analysis and business intelligence tools, as well as operational activities. Provide support to the departments and deal with all kind of questions of the departments.The position is within the expert group reporting & analysis and you will be the representative of the expert group on the (Cost of Goods) reports and related improvement projects and activities.
You need to take initiative in identifying improvements as well as participate and execute projects were expected.You are mainly responsible for the execution of- Monthly Cost of Goods (CoG) reporting and analysis on the CoG forecast;- Support Supplier Product Family Team (SPFT-team) analyst, Business line analyst, regional analyst with on demand reports, analysis and centrally stored information- Ensure worldwide alignment between Veldhoven, US and Asia focused on management reporting and aligned way-of-working;- Develop, improve, implement, monitor and manage business performance indicators and ensure timely reporting.- Do proper analysis of the reports, initiate improvement actions within the organization to improve reports and processes..- Contribute and participate in cross functional and cross sectoralprojects
Context of the position
The senior procurement analyst reports to the Specialist Cost of Goods reporting and the Manager SS&P Expert Group Reporting and Analysis.
Bachelor Business Economics or Management Science of industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- 5-7 year of relevant working experience in a comparable environment.
- Experience with SAP and BI tools is preferred.
- Experience with Excel, Access,
- VBA knowledge is preferred
