Job Description
• Continuous measurement and reporting of the IT processes;
• Define improvement roadmaps, plans and possibilities;
• Execute roadmaps and plans;
• Implement and secure improvements initiatives;
• Manage overall Operational Level Agreements across Internal and External Service Providers
• Functional application management of IT processes and tools;
• Conduct training on all IT processes.
Context of the position
The IT Process Manager reports to the Manager IT Process Integration and is generally responsible for the quality of IT processes. He or she has close communication with Senior IT Management, IT Delivery managers, Internal and External Service Providers and worldwide internal IT customers.
• Bachelor level in IT Business Management (Bedrijfskundige Informatica)
• ITIL V3 Certified Service Manager
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Experience
• Relevant experience in implementing improvement in IT processes;
• More than 3 years experience in Lean Six Sigma projects;
• More than 3 years experience in a process manager function or equivalent
• Preferred experience in a large international and multicultural environment
• Preferred experience as a trainer

• Shows initiative and problem solving attitude;

• Independent worker / Entrepreneur;
• Pragmatic, practical, flexible and committed to quality;
