Capital Engineering Manager Sauces
Elst, Fulltime 40 hours
The Capital Engineering Manager Elst ensure capital projects are delivered to time, cost and performance for the site. This to improve the production facilities of the site and to secure associated savings are delivered. Ensure the leverage of Technology in our equipment and processes to deliver competitive advantage in the sauces category.
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for Capital Engineering Elst, plus substantial part of the role is to lead the sauces factories Europe in engineering best practices/standards.
Main activities:
• To manage the site capex programme;
• Manage larger projects;
• Leadership and coaching of multidisciplinary teams;
• Advise and support cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects;
• Implementing projects in an effective and flexible manner in the organization;
• Contribute to a further production optimization especially in the technical field in collaboration with various disciplines and departments;
• Managing complex activities in the field of engineering, such as renewal, replacement and expansion.
To qualify for the position Capital Engineering Manager within Heinz, you need to have;
• Bachelor/Master degree, technical Education (HTS/ TU) E&I is a benefit;
• +/- 8 years in a comparable leadership role and environment (FMCG), focused on process automation;
• Highly developed analytical ability, decisiveness & results-oriented;
• You are a team player, solution-oriented and focused on improvement;
• Broad based knowledge and understanding of process-technique & SAP;
• The English language is essential.
