Project Leader Engineering Job Description

• As Project Leader Engineering you’ll be responsible for leading one or more multidisciplinary projects.
• You’ll plan and lead the achievement of the defined project goals, managing time, quality, costs and functionality, and identifying and capitalising on synergies between projects.
• You’ll also advise and guide both the customer and the Project Manager on system functionality and project goals.
• You proactively identify project risks and you know how to make optimum use of and further develop the skills of the project team members.
• You assess sales tenders and advise the sales department.
• Of course you keep up-to-date with developments in the field, you introduce new working methods and make improvement proposals for cross‑project problems and process improvements at departmental level.

Project Leader Engineering Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical subject
• Working experience as lead engineer / product engineer
• Good command of English
• Willing to travel internationally (25% of your time)
