Group Key Account Manager Power Distribution Systems Job Description

CPM Human Resource Management(HRM) is currently looking for a Group Key Account Manager Power Distribution Systems for our partner Rogers Corporation in Ghent, Belgium.


Rogers Corporation is the world’s technology leader in innovative solutions for Power Distribution Systems.
Rogers Power Distribution Systems division has been providing innovative busbar solutions and collaborative engineering services since 1969. Laminated busbars are three dimensional constructions enabling electrical distribution of current in power electronic modules. They are utilized in traction propulsion systems for rail applications, wind and solar inverters, industrial frequency inverters, large UPS systems or power supplies and other applications requiring the distribution of electrical power.


The main responsibilities of the Group Key Account Manager Power Distribution Systems are:

• • As Group Key Account Manager your goal is to expand market presence and increase sales for our Power Distribution Solutions Division in EMEA region (focus on Europe). You identify and develop (new) key accounts and key programs to maximize sales to major OEM’s.
  • As Group Key Account Managers you take up the role as Player-Coach for a team of Key Account Managers (3). You coach your Key Account Managers in bringing your sales & business development strategy to the market.
  • You maintain high level customer satisfaction through effective account management. You develop long term relationships with our customers by working closely with divisional marketing, technical service engineering, customer service and R&D.
  • You monitor, analyze and report competitor activities.

What does CPM HRM  require from the Group Key Account Manager:

• You have a proven-track-record in B to B sales.
• A technical background is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisation skills are vital, and the ability to take the initiative by leading and influencing change is equally essential.
• You are based in Belgium – Ghent area.  You should be prepared to make overnight business trips in Europe.
• Language skills: Dutch + fluency in spoken English and French
