As a process engineer you will be responsible for optimizing and controlling the production processes in one of the catalyst factories. You will contribute to finding solutions to complex problems and take necessary initiatives and make practical decisions to improve the different situations. While interacting with the process operators you pay attention to transfer technical knowledge about the processes.
As a process engineer you will be responsible for trouble shooting and optimizing the production processes in one of the catalyst factories. You are enterprising and decisive to make weighted solutions for exciting production problems.
You will develop and initiate modifications to existing processes to improve the process structurally. You look for ways to make the processes more safe, cost-efficient, more environmental friendly and to improve the quality. That includes research in the different process parts to find ideas to improve the processes and to find out how long it would to take to implement the ideas.
You work out improvement proposals and implement these changes while working in multi-disciplinary teams.
