Pharmaceutical Project Engineer Job Description

Pauwels Consulting is currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Project Engineer for our renowned pharmaceutical partner in the South part of Antwerp in Belgium.


The main responsibilities of the Pharmaceutical Project Engineer are:
 

• Strong administrative talents: proposing the CRF’s, seting up of test scripts, validation of plans & protocols, Strong technical talents. 
• Maintain contacts and relationships with suppliers (such as Bosch and many others).
• Cost awareness and priority management.
• Function owner will work closely together with the production facility
• Operational support in: Trouble shooting and technology /equipment problem solving, Selection and purchasing of equipement, Start-up and validation of new equipment, Modifications on existing equipment
• At a later stage the emphasis will be on planning (scheduling and executing the PM) and less on actual problems solving although problem solving will always remain a small part of the job.

Pharmaceutical Project Engineer Job Requirements

What does Pauwels Consulting require from the Pharmaceutical Project Engineer:
 

• Master in Industrial Engineering, Bio / Pharmaceutical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in project management preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. 
• Experience in project management.
• Experience and knowledge in electronics, mechanics and process automation.
• Experience and knowledge in installing and maintaining aseptic filling installations.
• Knowledge and validation of GMP.
• Strong communication skills.
• Both team player as well as self starter.
• Analytical, consice and problem sovling oriented.
• Willing to work if needed in flexible hours.
• Dutch and English speaking.
