For our client in Amersfoort we are looking for a:
Technical Trainer
Our client has a guiding principle called S3 for Service, Support and Solutions. In this S3 philosophy training plays a key role.
In order to support their training activities with the development and execution of new training programs for their A/V resellers and integrators. They are expanding the training team and are looking for a technical trainer. The Company Institute trainings will be delivered on-site in Amersfoort, at tradeshow events and Company Institutes on the road. The technical trainer will also be responsible to stay abreast of new technology developments in the A/V industry.
The Technical Trainer will report to the European Training Manager. Our client offers you the chance to gain experience in an international and dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Development and Execution of Institute Training Programs for A/V Resellers
- Keeps his own know technology know how up date
- Support Company Institutes (EI) in terms of Set-up and tear down.
- Participation at EI lunches and dinners as needed.
- Training and qualifying Applications Engineers and Technical Sales Managers on relevant topics
- Assist in teaching the Internal Training Program to employees when necessary

Technical Trainer Job Requirements
- Strong and Practical A/V experience in the field either with a A/V manufacturer or at a Reseller in a technical position that involves System Design
- Well developed Training skills and experience to conduct Technical Training on regular basis
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and in writing)
other language(s) is a plus - Excellent presentation skills to address small to large audiences
- Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
- The ability to operate self-directed and proactive on given tasks
- Preferred Working times from 9:30 – 18:00
- Open for extra hours if required (on days where classes are executed)
- This position requires occasional travels within Europe to support Tradeshows and Trainings on the road
- Travel to the US might be required
- Car driving license
- Knowledge Microsoft PowerPoint and AutoCAD is a plus
