Head of Sales Europe Printing & Packaging. 

The challenge 
• You manage the European printing & packaging sales team (8 people).
• You determine, monitor and manage the sales group performance targets within targets and strategy of the business management.
• You coordinate all sales and account-related activities and identify and maintain contact with key customers.
• You stimulate teamwork, communication and cross selling within the sales team.
• You work from Heerenveen and travel 50% within Europe.
• You report to the VP Business Management Resins & Additives Europe and are a member of the European Resins & Additives Business Management Team.

Your qualities 
• You have an university degree in chemistry.
• Several years experience in leading an international sales team in a B2B environment.
• Senior sales and key account management experience with complex chemical industry customers preferably in printing & packaging, coating or formulating industry.
• You are well experienced in negotiating, pricing and formulating customer strategies.
• A sound understanding of technical applications or the ability and interest to develop this.
• You have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing; working knowledge of the German language is a strong plus.
