Function 

As a Product Specialist you are responsible for giving excellent customer support by up to date scientific knowledge and correct handling of customer requests.
Furtherrmore you:

• Give scientific product support to both colleagues and customers
• Serves as a reference for pathway and target selection, experimental design, generation
  of controls and aid with the differentiation of results
• Train the Account Managers BNLX how to best support their customers and how to draw new potential customers
• Conduct presentations, seminars and workshops to our customers
• Ensure optimal customer feedback with regard to product requirements, product enhancement and local trends
• Support our marketing team in the development of campaigns/promotions
• Strive to maximum customer satisfaction
• Frequent customer visits (Key Account Customers)
• Responsible for preparing reports

Product Specialist Cell Biology Job Requirements

Are you a product specialist Cell Biology with customer oriented skills and are you ready for a new challenge? The position of Product Specialist requires an open personality and excellent communication skills.

Futhermore the following requiments are important:

• Bachelor or PHD in life science or Cell Biology
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge full product catalogue Cell Signaling Technology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of both Dutch and English in word and writing
• Knowledge of French is a plus
• Experience in an international environment is a plus
