International Process Engineer_Dendermonde Job Description

FUNCTION      

You are responsible for the production processes in our foreign production sites. Your main tasks are:    

• You are the link between R&D and the different production sites worldwide. As an expert in production technology, you take part in the product creation process and guarantee production feasibility of new product designs. To introduce new products you adapt the existing production processes and/or define new processes.
• You lead the transfer of running products and production processes between different sites in Europe and China.
• You initiate and define process control systems for existing and new manual, semi-automatic or automatic processes; for our different production sites in the world.
• In order to optimize quality, way of production and efficiency for the different sites, you analyze and improve our products and production processes, from the start of a project until after care.
• To guarantee the retention of your acquired knowledge within the company, you translate it in descriptions for product and process development.
• You play an active role in different multidisciplinary project teams.

International Process Engineer_Dendermonde Job Requirements

PROFILE      

• Technical Master Degree or Bachelor with min. 3 years of experience.  
• Experience in a process/industrial (preferably automotive) environment is a plus.
• Autonomous and stress resistant
• Hands on and problem solving attitude
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of process analysis
• Good communication skills and ability to co-operate with different cultures
• Prepared to travel (an average of 25%, on peak time up to 50%)
