Part of a Global Supply Chain Analytics team engaged with professionals for the development, deployment and management of related projects to improve the quality, reliability, responsiveness and flexibility of Service parts supply-chain & Operations E2E processes.
Key challenges in this position is to bring Analytics Inspired Solutions, Leading edge Solution and models to improve business performance.
He or She would work with Philips Healthcare's Global Customer Services business on technical Analytics solutions’ development and various Modeling, Statistical, Data Visualization or automation projects.
You contribute to the growth of Philips by challenging a data driven decision support organization on opportunities to grow and perform at benchmark levels.
Your responsibilities
Development and deployment of an analytical information system aimed at providing visibility and transparency of Global SPS Supply Chain performance
Responsible to collaborate with Analyst and/or supply chain professional to bring leading edge analytics, inspired solutions and capabilities into the organization to enable organization's ability to be competing on Analytics
Leads transformation project to bring new System modeling, Statistical Solution, or cutting edge Analytical Architecture to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Parts Supply Chain Selected resources are expected to work with functional & Process analysts and consultants and take active responsibility to identify opportunities in process automation, solution development and execute technical solutions.

The Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) of Philips Healthcare is responsible for the service logistics supply chain from the time zone warehouses to the Local distribution centres or the engineers and back. SPS optimizes the supply chain and executes projects with the country organizations (SSR/SSDs) and the different Business product lines (factories) to realize this optimization. SPS plans the local stock of SSDs, manages logistic providers for warehousing and transport and is responsible for order and returns processing. SPS operates on a global level and within the three time zone regions, Asia Pacific (APAC), North America (NA) and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) across 17 Market Groups.
Within Global SPS Logistics - the Business Analytics team is the single source for Analytics, BI reporting, and with an extended IT team manages process automation and support tools utilizing advanced knowledge of the SPS business model, in-depth SAP experience and knowledge, and state of the art BI delivery methods. SPS Analytics act as a central intelligence team for strategy management and analytical validation support as process experts to process owners. They manage the KPI aligning this subdivision with different function of Customer demand, Global Logistics, Strategic Planning, Supply Management, Quality & Compliance etc.
