Our Client is an international technology and service to project provider, specialized in Energy, Defence, Steel and Industry. As a technology driven company, it also provides Energy and Resources Efficiency Solutions as well as associated Industrial Services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To take care of the commissioning on site of the equipment designed by its engineering teams, for the Energy sector (Heat Recovery Systems), my client is looking for a Commissioning Engineer

You mission will be:

• Analyse the plans and technical documents related to the equipment to be commissioned. Build up the complete file necessary to the assignment, check-lists, etc.
• On site, make the contacts necessary for completing the assignment, that is, customer contacts, partners, sub-contractors, etc.
• Verify that the equipment is ready for commissioning (on site or at the sub-contractor's) and that the necessary tools and equipment are available on site.
• Verify the final conformity of the commissioning, complying with the technical requirements and the contractual limit in order to obtain the acceptance of the equipment.
• Maintain and send to my client the detailed reports relating to the situation of the work site, the operating conditions of the unit and the causes for stoppage. Detect, report anomalies and participate in resolving them.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• You are prepared to handle assignments all over the world, for temporary assignments of variable duration;
• You have mastered English and possibly another foreign language;
• You have technical skills in Engineering at the Master's level in our electromechanical/thermal engineering areas (or equivalent experience);
• You have experience with the assignments cited above and/or the activity sectors in question, or you want to be involved in them;
• You show autonomy, you are able to deal with contacts with the customers, the sub-contractors and the local authorities, and the report to the project team;
• You have mastered the current office software packages (Office suite);
• You are enterprising, independent and rigorous.
