For an international, technical and innovative company we are looking for a process developer with knowledge of the solar industry, experience in a comparable position and a master degree in Chemical Engineering.  
 
Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a new or improved chemical process, concept or design. Execute feasibility studies of the new process.
• Analyse, statistical review and test verification of the process.
• Develop customer specific process solutions.
• Optimize machine-tool solutions.
• In cooperation with the customer to prepare the implementation of the new chemical process into production.
• Trouble shooting and to give operational (process) support to customers.
• Develop and apply chemical recipes for plating processes.
• Give guidance to production and testing, and support in problem solving.
• Technical presentations and scientific publications. 

Process Developer Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Master of Science degree in chemical engineering and having proven skills in process design.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable function.
• Preferably electro-plating experience.
• Knowledge of solar cell technology and principles is an advantage.
• You are able to translate complex problems into simple concepts.
• Experience working in small multi-disciplinary teams.
• Combination of Helicopter view, focus on the bigger picture but also able to solve specific problems.
• Analytical and accurate.
• Quality driven, detail oriented.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Willingness to travel also to the far east.
