What characterises this job?
As a PLC Software Engineer you play an important role in agreeing on functional and technical specifications for our machines and setting up applicable flow charts. Apart from setup, programming and simulating necessary software for the operating system, you also take care of the testing of the software on the machines.
Working from our Venlo office, you provide service and support and solve any problems our worldwide customers might have and for whom you will be their point of contact about software issues.
You cooperate with other disciplines like Electrical, Process and Mechanical Engineering.
Eventually you will develop yourself to an all-rounder on both PLC and HMI software.
