PRODUCTION MANAGER 
 
Ekwa Consult is a result-driven HR-consulting firm, one of our main activities is to recruit and select middle and higher management profiles. In all our procedures the candidate and his or her interests, ambitions and personality is our focus point. This means our consultants have a very personal and qualitative approach. For one of our customers, located near Brussels, we are currently searching for a Production Manager.

For this position we developed the following task and competency profile.
 
Task profile 

• You motivate employees and take the operational lead
• You are responsible for making up the production as well as the people planning
• You are able to analyze technical problems and more personal issues between team members and resolve them in an efficient way
• In every process you strive for continuous improvement
• You are responsible for the introduction of new employees
• You always make sure all workers are well informed about their responsibilities, tasks and targets, and you communicate in a clear and understandable way
• You report directly to the Operations Manager

PRODUCTION MANAGER Job Requirements

Competency profile 

• Industrial Engineer Electro-Mechanics/Mechanics/electronics/…
• Solid experience in leading a team within a production environment
• Strong communicative, organizing and leadership skills
• Ability to take up responsibility
• Flexible and resistant to stress
• Correct and consistent
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of Dutch/French/English
