Your challenge:
As a Production Manager for either assembly or subassembly teams, your challenge is to manage teams of operators to realize production plans on time with the correct quality, productivity and efficiency, while safety and personal development are adequately taken care of.
You also initiate and execute improvements in our processes, to enhance our service and reliability.
Your responsibilities
People management of production team, including individual development, team development , selection, coaching and appraisal/evaluation
Capacity management: realize optimal capacity on time (workforce, machine/tooling and line capacity) together with the temporary labor office and production engineers
Performance management: execute production plan with targets on: productivity, efficiency, reliability, illness
Continuous improvements projects: Initiatives and execution of (Lean) improvement programs on quality, productivity and efficiency, safety/environment and ergonomic , co-operation and communication
You are expected to actively work in boundless cooperation with a variety of stakeholders both internally and outside the site. You inspire people to be agile and ensure a reliable supply and service to our customers.
