CommProve is a young and dynamic company focused in design, development and manufacturing of QoS management Systems for mobile and fixed telecommunication networks.
CommProve’s customers are located worldwide (Europe, Middle East, South America, etc.) and out customer base is quickly growing. We are therefore looking for motivated persons to consolidate and expand the Project Management group.
The Project Manager in CommProve is a key figure in the delivery chain, being responsible for:
- Project planning and definition in strict collaboration with the project team and the involved functions;
- Project execution in terms of main contractual obligations and compliance with scope of supply, managing internal and external relationship while controlling project execution;
- Achievement of expected results in terms of time, cost, quality, profitability and revenues;
- Team building and management, constituting an essential player in creating the right internal climate.
He/she will also be involved in the process of definition and consolidation of project management techniques within the group and will be required to contribute actively to processes’ enforcement and improvement.
The role ensures great visibility, both internal and external, and allows the candidate to improve and sharpen his/her capabilities in terms of technical, relation management, process and management-oriented skills.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Engineering Degree (Electrical or Telecommunication preferred);
- Fluent spoken Italian and English;
- PMP Certification (standing) or proven study background specific to project management (MBA, etc.);
- Available to travel at short notice;
- Previous experience as Project Manager (at least 5 years) in IT/Telecom/System Integration industries;
- Previous experience in managing disperse teams and outsourced services;
- Proficient in Microsoft Project.
The ideal candidate has strong team leadership and team building skills, excels in team playing and is able to interact effectively with all the stakeholders involved (peers, supervisors, customers, etc.).
Communication and presentation skills are recommended, as well as result-oriented mentality and willingness to learn and grow.
Desired - Third language (preferably Spanish or Portuguese);
- Technical background in Systems Engineering or similar roles;
- Proven history of delivered projects, with final results and hi-level summaries – the managed project portfolio will be analysed and discussed during the interview.
