- Manage the onsite IT infrastructure, ensuring spare parts and /or replacement stock is maintained and kept up to date, Valide local user requests for end user computing components (dekstop, laptop, phones, headset, printers, blackberries etc…) and process local ordering track after approvals.
- Act as local SPOC for VIP users: incident ticket creation and resolution. Other incident lifecycle management activities are performed by Service Desk. To ensure that the incident isn’t closed before the impacted user is satisfied.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve the incident or manage the resolution of the incident with the relevant third parties
- Manage the resolution of the incident to completion if required with the relevant third parties and own the issue until resolved
- Ensure that recurrent incidents, reported to the Service Desk or experienced by on-site support services, are analyzed and wherever possible that measures are defined and implemented to prevent re-occurrence (and reduce ticket load)
Your profile:
- You have a bachelor degree or a similar experience in the past.
- You are Bilingual French/English.
- You have experience on Windows environments and desktop application integration.
- You have good knowledge of ITIL processes (change management, incident management, problem management).
- You have Leadership skills, authority, hands on mentality (moving PC’s, …), self-confidant and proactive attitude.
