Job Mission
In the position of Machine Conditioning Competence Center Group Leader, you and your team are key contributors to the development of technical and operational competences that are critical for the realization of ASML’s lithography products roadmap. You are also driving the implementation of competence guidelines to the full ASML Development & Engineering organization.
You pro-actively drive the development work in your team and participate in reviewing your teams deliverables. But above all, you will use your leadership and teamwork skills to solve problems and optimize team performance. You will be reporting to the department manager of Machine Conditioning Operational Capability Development.
Job Description
Education
Master or Bachelor in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Business administration, preferably with affinity to the area of heat and mass transfer, 10 years experience in an organisation developing, integrating and testing complex multi disciplinary products.
