Providing highest level of on time order fulfilment / Correct communication with internal CS / external Customer, especially focusing on Samsung EUV customer’s satisfaction

Providing highest level of on time order fulfilment / Correct communication with internal CS / external Customer, especially focusing on Samsung EUV customer’s satisfaction

Job Description
Duties : 
1. Executing logistic service contract for Samsung account

• Proper communication with internal / external stake-holders to improve logistic service level.
• Supporting logistic aspects for AS maintenance project by assisting of stock/tool availability and delivery.
• Integrate in "demand plan" and arrangement of part/tool / logistics infra through alignment with internal / external stake holders.
• Analysis of part/tool usage, especially suddenly increased strikingly in certain period and take corrective action in cooperation with VHV. 
• Gathering NAV data of part/tool and take corrective action in cooperation with VHV.
• Realization of planning fulfillment in line with customer requirement through alignment with CSCM VHV.
• Maintain right level of inventory by monitoring fill-rate & zero bin information.
• Order fulfillment preparation part/tool requested from CS /Customers in timely manner.

• Approach & response the requirement by customer & internal stake holders regarding logistics service in line with CSCM strategy through regular & irregular communication.
• Drive customer on spot demand and secure logistics target
• Preparation of report, logistics KPI report or etc. requested by customer.

• Execution on cost effectiveness of logistics operation
• On time input and managing ZETR        
• Project in line with VHV policy & strategy

EUV Senior Planner(Site Lead) Job Requirements

Education
University degree or above with major related logistics & biz administration

Experience
More than 10 years' experience for logistics or relevant operation

Personal skills

• Good command of Korean & English both written & spoken
• SAP operation and advanced Excel skill preferred.
• Professional Competencies
• Rapidly see core issues and opportunities in own area of work/project, and helps manager to surface and consider them
• Proactively identifies and involves colleagues in alignment sectors when alignment is required
• Structures and writes presentation for department management.
