Job Mission
As Manager Electronic Component Services, you manage ASML’s component engineering team. Within ASML this team is responsible for the management of all the electronic components that are used to design and build ASML systems. 

Job Description
 The Manager Electronic Component Services is responsible for the following:

  • Management of a team of 20+ engineers, focusing on electronic components;
  • Management of the collection of electronic components that are used to design and build ASML systems;
  • Technology scouting & roadmapping in the domain of electronic components
  • Secure the quality of the activities performed by the team members;
  • Drive the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in the team;

Group Manager Electronic Component Services Job Requirements

Education
Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

  • Experience as line manager of a team in a technical context
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of electronic components
  • Experience in electronic / electrical design in generalPersonal skills-Initiative and pro-active;
  • Highly motivated team player with good social and communication skills;
  • Leadership; Ability to give direction to a team;
  • Quality-focused;
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.

Context of the position
The sector Development & Engineering (D&E) of ASML is responsible for the specification, design, and realization of the products in the ASML portfolio. Within the sector D&E the Cluster Electronic Development (EDEV) is responsible for the definition, realization, qualification, and integration of electronic functions and modules within these products.
The Manager Electronic Component Services reports to the Department Manager of the Architecture & Platform Department within this EDEV cluster.
