Quality Engineer 

Job Mission
1. Leading cross-functions to resolve material quality issue to support production running smoothly.
2. Manage Quality award to recognize employees who contribute to Quality improvement significantly.

Job Description
1. Analysis source of cause for material quality issues and drive for improvement from issue owners to ensure production running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Communicate with internal customer (factory wise) to get quality feedback and leading containment/solution in the factory to make sure no recurrence.
3. Support external customer complaint and feedback improvement progress form factory process viewpoint.
4. Manage Quality Honor Board to recognize employees who contribute to Quality improvement significantly.
5. Contribution for Quality Mindset, Issue Resolution and Quality Control capability in the company.

 

Factory - Quality Engineer - Linkou Job Requirements

Education
Academic : Industrial engineering / Mechanical engineering / Electrical engineering

Experience
1. Above 2 years of Quality background experience
2. Familiar with 8D/FMEA…etc issue resolution methodology

Personal skills
1. Experience in project management
2. Well kill in root causes analysis and issue resolution for driving improvements

Other information
1. Proactive attitude toward LEAN and Quality improvements
2. Well capability of English speaking, reading and writing
