Supply Chain Life Cycle Management Lead Job Description

Introduction
The Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable supply chain services.

ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the supply chain aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers. You will functional lead a team that will enable CSCM to be successful in this challenging environment and deliver upon the CSCM 2020 roadmap.

Job Description

• Ensure material availability on New Product

• Manage material availability on escalated critical materials
• Signal, mitigate and improve processes within Supply Chain to improve material availability on critical materials
• Monitor trends & execute analysis on scarce materials to determine mitigating actions to prevent material unavailability
• Communication and pro-active information sharing with internal and external stakeholders w.r.t. critical parts & quality issues
• Continuous improvement of LCM processes
• Drive critical material management process
• Prepare, execute & inform on demand allocation of critical materials.

Supply Chain Life Cycle Management Lead Job Requirements

Education

• Relevant bachelor/master degree (e.g. supply chain or engineering)

• Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
• SAP knowledge is a pre

• A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal, communication and decision making skills
• Ability to influence without power
• Be able to manage many stakeholders
• Can do mentality
• Be process oriented
